Routine Queries: If you would like telephone advice instead of coming into surgery, please ask the receptionist if a Clinician can phone you back. You will be booked into the next available telephone appointment with the appropriate Clinician.

Urgent Queries: If you require urgent telephone advice, the reception team will place you on an emergency list for the Duty Clinician to call you back at some point that day.  You may be asked to give a brief description of the reason for the call so they can prioritise their list.

Please remember: If you require IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION - call 999.
Don't forget - NHS 111 are there to help you day or night, 24/7. All calls to the NHS 111 service are Free of Charge.
